Key legal terms governing access and use of the Evaluator API.

Relationship to Azure Marketplace

If you purchase Evaluator through Microsoft Azure Marketplace, the commercial terms of that marketplace (including billing, cancellation, and certain data flows) apply in addition to these Evaluator-specific terms.

License

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Evaluator API solely for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.

Customer responsibilities

  • Keep subscription keys and credentials confidential.
  • Ensure your usage complies with the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Integrate Evaluator into systems with appropriate human review and testing, especially in high‑risk domains.

Service changes

We may evolve or update Evaluator over time, including improving models, changing infrastructure, or adding new features. Material changes will be communicated through release notes or appropriate channels.

Limitation of liability

Evaluator is provided with commercially reasonable efforts toward reliability and correctness, but AI systems can be wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited as described in your commercial agreement or Azure Marketplace terms.
