  • No PHI, PII, or PCI data is processed.
  • Customer inputs are used to produce decisions (YES / NO / TBD). They do not train our models by default.

3. Customer responsibilities

  • Use EvaluatorDPT™ only for lawful purposes and permitted workflows.
  • Do not submit regulated or sensitive data.
  • Protect API keys and restrict access to authorized users and systems.
  • Validate decisions in your own context before authorizing real‑world actions.

4. No SLA during preview
