2‑Week POC (Time to First Value)

Goal: first successful setup + baseline results + a shareable report. This is designed to be fast, predictable, and low‑ceremony.

Week 1 — Connect & baseline

• Plug in the EvaluatorDPT™ API; align headers, idempotency, correlation IDs.
• Run baseline calls on your sample data or workflow signals.
• Confirm decision outputs (YES/NO/TBD) and initial thresholds.

Week 2 — Tune & report

• Tune thresholds and decision guidance to match your workflow acceptance criteria.
• Run side‑by‑side comparisons vs. the current process.
• Deliver a short report with outcomes, gaps, and next actions.

Customer inputs required

• A non‑sensitive sample dataset or representative decision cases (no PHI/PII/PCI).
• Clear YES/NO/TBD definitions and acceptance criteria.
• Point of contact for workflow context and edge cases.

Full implementation plan (reference)

• Week 1: plug‑in API; align headers, idempotency, correlation
• Weeks 2–4: tune thresholds; calibrate policy vectors → KPIs
• Weeks 5–12: scoped pilot; ops hardening; runbooks & monitoring
• Outcome: measurable value in ~12 weeks for custom deployments
