Data Handling Scope

Simple Machine Mind handles data required to provision, operate, support, and improve EvaluatorDPT in line with customer deployments and agreed service scope.

What We Handle

  • Customer account and service information used for subscription setup, service delivery, and support operations.
  • Use-case configuration and decision guardrails provided to define policy-aware decision behavior.
  • Operational metadata related to system performance, diagnostics, reliability, and support.
  • Customer-provided workflow inputs and outputs as required to process EvaluatorDPT decisions within the configured service scope.

Data Boundaries

We do not sell customer data.

We do not use customer content to train public or foundation models.

We may derive concepts from customer data for model training and product improvement in a way that supports platform quality, decision control performance, and service evolution.

Operational Metadata and Guardrails

EvaluatorDPT is a policy-aware decision control system. As part of service operation, Simple Machine Mind may handle guardrail definitions, policy configurations, and operational metadata associated with customer use cases. These artifacts support deployment operation, diagnostics, governance, and ongoing product improvement.

Handling Principles

  • Data handling is limited to service operation, support, governance, and agreed product functions.
  • Data practices are aligned to auditable and policy-aware system behavior.
  • Handling depth and retention expectations may vary by deployment model and customer agreement.
Deployment-specific data handling details, retention terms, and environment responsibilities are finalized through customer agreements and implementation documentation.
