Responsibilities

• Customer responsibility: Customers are responsible for how EvaluatorDPT outputs are reviewed, interpreted, and used within their applications, operations, and business processes.
• Configuration responsibility: Customers are responsible for validating policy configuration, thresholds, and deployment suitability for their use case and risk profile.
• SMM responsibility: Simple Machine Mind provides the software, related documentation, and support services within the scope of applicable commercial and legal agreements.

AI System Output Notice

EvaluatorDPT is an AI-based system and does not assume legal or operational accountability for end decisions, actions, or outcomes. Customers are responsible for review, policy configuration, and deployment suitability.

Contracts and Terms

Commercial terms, licensing, deployment responsibilities, support levels, and legal obligations are established through customer agreements, order forms, and supporting service documentation.
